About Us
This site is designed and run by family & friends of Bowling Green football done in cooperation with the BG coaching and support staff. This site is in no manner affiliated with nor financially supported by the BG football team or the university. This is an entirely independent effort as a way to provide information to parents, family and friends of players on the Flacon football team.
It is also a way to bring Falcon families closer together and make the season more enjoyable as we collectively cheer on the team. We like to tailgate together, get to know each other more and be an integral part of THE WALK. 
While THE WALK has been a long tradition at BGSU, thanks to the support of individuals we were able to create THE WALK Banner that our group would erect each home game to mark the beginning of this tradition.
No dues are required to belong to the Friends & Family Connection. All we ask is that you join us before each game and bring some food and drinks and tailgate with us before the game and join the rest of us inside the stadium to support the team. Of course, if you want to contribute a dollar or two to keep this running, it will not be refused! This year we are creating new THE WALK banner having auctioned off the first one to raise money for this year’s version. One of the ways we help pay for the cost of the banner is to ask for $5.00 if you want to sign the banner.
You should be able to find a lot of information on this site relative to the activities of the team that if you have a son on the team, you may not always get from him. As this site is run by parents of current players, this is also a way for new players’ parents to ask questions about anything related to the team. Enjoy!
